Where we ship

We ship to addresses in Australia.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free, including tracking, on every order, with no minimum order amount. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Prices include GST of 10 percent.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking details.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery can take longer in busy periods.

Shipping method

Orders are shipped directly from our supplier and sent with a tracked service.

Wrong address and lost parcels

Please check your address carefully; if you notice a mistake, tell us within 24 hours of placing the order. If the tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will help to investigate it with the carrier.
